Wilson Designer Homes are delighted to confirm we have exchanged on a community engaged project in Steep, located in the South Downs National Park. We are looking forward to working closely with land owners, Steep In Need Trust, to provide up to 10 new homes of which four will be affordable units, with the intention for these to be controlled by Eames Almshouses Trust. The development will also benefit from an allocation of open space which is to be kept in perpetuity for the use of the village.
