What to expect
Viewings with us
When you find a Wilson home you’d like to discuss, we don’t rely on sales brochures and selling agents. Instead, you will meet quickly with the owners and key team members building the homes, where they’ll share their knowledge on the property and the reasons behind every design decision.
Handover
When it comes to moving in, a site manager will provide a walkthrough of the property, explaining all the systems and what makes the home so special. They’ll share direct contact details, so they can answer any questions you have about the property before or after the handover.
Expert due diligence
As small developments, our homes are utterly bespoke and made to measure. We hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards for ensuring your home comes with no unexpected surprises, and your first step inside is one to remember.
Personalisation
The sooner you reserve your new home, the more opportunity you have to personalise the finished product. Many choose to reserve their home early and work with us to build certain elements of their home to their ideal specification.
